1. Admission Policy

  • Parents must agree to all Academy policies before admission is confirmed.

2. Attendance Policy

  • Regular attendance is mandatory as per Indian education regulations.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance is required for students to be promoted to the next academic level.
  • Parents must inform the Academy in writing about any planned absences. Prolonged unauthorized absence (more than 10 consecutive days) may result in admission cancellation without refund.
  • Leave for medical emergencies must be supported by a doctor’s certificate.

3. Code of Conduct & Discipline Policy

  • Students must adhere to strict discipline guidelines, including respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students.
  • Any form of bullying, harassment, violence, or misconduct will lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
  • The Academy reserves the right to take legal action against any student or parent who disrupts the academy environment.
  • Parents must cooperate with the Academy’s decisions regarding disciplinary matters. The Academy’s decision in such cases will be final and binding.

4. Fee Policy

  • Fees must be paid in full as per the fee schedule.
  • Late payments will attract penalties as per the Academy’s discretion.
  • No refunds will be provided for withdrawal, suspension, or expulsion under any circumstances.
  • Any disputes regarding fees must be raised in writing and will be handled as per the Academy’s grievance resolution process.

5. CCTV Policy

  • The Academy premises are under continuous CCTV surveillance for security and safety.
  • CCTV footage is the sole property of the Academy and will not be shared with external parties except when required by law enforcement or judicial authorities.
  • Parents and students have no right to demand access to CCTV footage.

6. Communication Policy

  • Official communication will be made via emails, SMS, school portal, or circulars.
  • Parents must ensure their contact details are updated with the Academy.
  • The Academy is not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact details.

7. Food and Canteen Policy

  • Only vegetarian food is allowed on the premises in accordance with Jain principles.
  • Junk food and soft drinks are strictly prohibited.
  • The Academy is not liable for any food allergies or reactions unless prior medical documentation has been submitted.

8. General Rules & Regulations Policy

  • Students must wear the prescribed uniform and maintain personal hygiene.
  • Damage to academy property will be charged to the responsible student’s parents.
  • The Academy is not liable for the loss of any personal belongings.

9. Leave Policy

  • Leaves must be requested in writing at least three days in advance, except in cases of emergency.
  • Medical leave beyond three days requires a valid medical certificate.

10. Library Policy

  • Students must handle books responsibly.
  • Any lost or damaged books must be replaced or paid for by the student.
  • The Academy reserves the right to refuse library access to students who do not follow the rules.

11. Local & Outstation Field Visit Policy

  • Participation in field visits is voluntary but requires written parental consent.
  • The Academy is not responsible for any unforeseen incidents occurring during field visits.
  • Parents must bear additional costs associated with field trips.

12. Lost & Found Policy

  • The Academy will maintain a Lost & Found section.
  • Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated or disposed of as per the Academy’s discretion.
  • The Academy is not responsible for the loss or theft of any student belongings.

13. Medical Support Policy

  • The Academy provides basic first-aid support.
  • In case of medical emergencies, the Academy will attempt to contact parents immediately.
  • The Academy is not responsible for any medical complications arising on the premises unless due to proven negligence.

14. Mobile Phone & Electronic Gadgets Policy

  • Students are strictly prohibited from carrying mobile phones, smartwatches, or electronic devices.
  • Any unauthorized devices found will be confiscated and returned only at the end of the academic year.

15. Sports & Competitions Policy

  • Students participating in sports and competitions must adhere to discipline and fair play.
  • The Academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during sports activities.
  • Participation in competitions is at the discretion of the academy authorities.

16. Website Policy

  • The Academy’s website is the official online platform for communication, updates, and policies.
  • Any misuse, unauthorized access, or reproduction of website content is strictly prohibited.
  • The website may collect personal information for academic and administrative purposes, in compliance with Indian data protection laws.

17. Authority of the Academy

  • The Academy management reserves the right to amend or update any policy as required by law or internal governance.
  • The Academy’s decisions on all matters are final and binding on students and parents.

18. Legal Compliance & Indemnity

  • Parents and students must comply with all academy policies to avoid legal implications.
  • By enrolling in Aadi Academy, parents indemnify the Academy, its management, and staff against any legal claims, provided there is no proven gross negligence on the part of the Academy.
